Search phase

I will seek suitable options to inspect via our vast network of connections, which will be collated on a shared live document for us both to keep track of the process. We can discuss each one and its positive and negative features.

Inspect and Present

I will inspect the suitable properties and provide detailed photos, videos and inspection notes. If a property appears to be suitable we can arrange to get you through or I can provide as much detail as I possibly can.

Value and Due Diligence

Once a suitable property is found I can provide a detailed Valuation and Due Diligence Document on the property. Applying a combination of available information, experience as a Registered Valuer, as well as local knowledge we can identify any potential risks associated with the property.

Negotiate

We can then enter into a negotiation with the selling agent/vendor to secure the property for the best possible price. Each negotiation will be tailored the parties involved and the situation of the subject property.

Contract Phase

We will support you throughout the contract phase including liaising with any consultants (eg. building and pest, solicitor etc), dealing with any issues that may arise and assisting right through to settlement.
