The clients were referred to me as they were chasing a specific style of house in Buderim. Once I had their brief and knowing the limited opportunities in Buderim, I knew of an option that suited the brief in the adjoining suburb of Diddillibah. After explaining the area, sowing them through the property, illustrating amenity and local points of interest, the buyer felt comfortable with the location. The property was meticulously renovated and through our network we were granted off market access.
