The Result

Within two weeks of engagement we managed to present the clients with one of the largest useable blocks on the eastern portion of Diddillibah. We navigated the negotiation and post contract process which was one of the more difficult deals I have dealt with due to an unreasonable seller. The clients are now enjoying their forever home on a 1.40ha block, comprising a large family home with pool, secondary dwelling and large shed. A rare find!
